We work hard to deliver to you the best chocolates possible. To make sure that your chocolates arrive in great condition we do not ship ground outside of the Calgary area. All orders received before 11 a.m. MST on Tuesdays will be shipped out the next day. Orders received after 11 a.m. MST on Tuesdays will be shipped the following week. Orders that are shipped within Calgary’s city limits will ship out daily.
Epiphanie Chocolate ships with FedEx Express. In the Calgary city limits we use a local courier. Outside of Calgary we do not ship during the hot summer months of June to September.
The cost to ship more then one box is negligible. To maximize your shipping cost Epiphanie chocolate recommends ordering several boxes at a time.
Ensure that you provide us with an accurate street address and the phone number of the receiving address. We cannot be responsible if there is no one at the requested address to receive the shipment or for any errors in the billing and shipping address provided to us.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to any unforeseen circumstances with our carrier.
Every item we send out is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your package is defective or damaged when you receive it contact us immediately. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be absolutely new, unused, and uneaten for you to receive a refund.
